Seven Minute Workout

The seven minute workout is a high intensity workout where you only need three simple things.   1- seven minutes , 2- a chair, and 3 – a wall.   This workout was discussed in an article in the 2013 May-June issue of the American College of Sports Medicine’s Health & Fitness Journal.   This interval workout has many of the benefits of a long workout in much less time.
