The Dip and Go

This tip will help you shave a few extra calories from your salad.  Dip the end of your fork into the dressing and take a bite instead of dumping the whole dressing on the salad.  Most of the calories and fat in a salad come from the dressing.  Using the Dip and Go meathod I use much less dressing and still get good flavor with every bite.
